change quickly. We don't produce "library reports".

In order to price your service we need to know what
specific services you need.

Then, together, we can explore your financial resources to
meet the need: how
much you were paying the departed leader, special grants
etc.

Next we match your need to a particular Associate who has
the skills and
background to service your situation. That Associate's
compensation needs
must be considered also.

Finally, we'll tell you what we can provide for the
resources you have at hand.
We're a small non-profit and don't
have a large budget. Does your company
offer discounts for smaller non-profit organizations?

Unfortunately there is a minimum amount which we must
offer our senior
professionals who in many cases are already working at pay
levels far below
their peak professional compensation.

However, sometimes foundations and grantors are happy to
help struggling
small organizations increase capacity and find better
leadership. We can help
you explore these options.
