Since 2003 our company has utilized only senior, veteran professionals, many former CEO’s at major institutions (Meet some). We provide management and Boards of Directors with highly-experienced professional non profit consultants to design and manage transition challenges. 

We provide interim executive leadership in management, finance, human resources and development while the search for permanent new leadership is on. We also provide a solid team of complimentary professionals to back them up - that's our value-added.

We have a team of highly-experienced professional chief executives who can quickly take over a failing organization, assess structural issues, and take action to create a successful turnaround or merge with a complimentary institution.

Finally, during other transition periods, we assist funders and non profit leaders examine the factors blocking success and help them design and implement action plans to overcome them.
