Leadership transitions are hard, but you don't have to do it alone.
One of the most challenging aspects of navigating a nonprofit leadership transition is being prepared for the numerous contingencies that arise. As the transitional period progresses, things become increasingly complex, and unfortunately, this complexity can overwhelm and derail even the best of intentions.
I know what it’s like. I took my first executive role at 24, and by the age of 33, I had become the youngest president of a large nonprofit coalition. Since then, I’ve served as an Executive, Board Chair, or Consultant for more than two dozen nonprofit organizations. I’ve experienced more than my share of growing pains. During these years, I realized that a leadership transition doesn’t have to delay or derail the mission. I learned that if the right systems and processes are put in place and tailored to a nonprofit’s specific needs, you can accelerate the mission during the transition.

I have had the honor of helping numerous successful, yet overwhelmed, nonprofits and churches successfully navigate the transitional period, onboard a new leader, and accelerate their mission in the process.
I would be thrilled to do the same with you.
